MUSIC PRE-NURSERY PLAYGROUP

Suitable for 

  • 15 months and 24 months

  • Mainly in English


Objective

  • Equip your child mentally, physically and verbally (socially) for their next step to adapting to kindergarten life more easily

  • Through music exploration and activities, the class will aid in developing children’s self-care ability, self-esteem, confidence and expressing skills

  • Cultivate your child with proper classroom etiquette and the 3Cs: communicative / coordinative and cooperative knowhow, such as interflowing, interacting, companionship, sharing, taking turns to prepare them in advance for class routine in future

  • Through conducting in 4 languages: English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Music, will vastly enhance their cortex development at early stage 

  • Develop children's interest in conducting communication in different languages through play-based learning with songs, games and activities

1 hour of English:

  • Learn about everyday terms: days of the week, weather, feelings, simple actions

  • Enjoy a new theme each class in conversational section

  • Develop language skills with class curriculum

  • New terms would be introduced throughout the series of class 

  • On going exploration to Phonics 

  • Story time

Learning during Intermission

  • Acquire the sense of tidiness and cleaniness

  • Understand and practise courtesy and decent manners


Music Exploration

  • Learning to control fingers, joints (wrists, elbows, shoulders) and arms

  • Essential fundamental keyboard (piano) techniques, and exploring various genres of musical instruments

  • Singing: through listening and performing in form of vocal melodies, children could learn to understand the perception of dynamics, beats, rhythms and pitches

學習目的

  • 為孩子好好預備思維、體力和語言(社交)能力,為不久將來的幼稚園生活做好準備功夫

  • 透過音樂啟蒙活動,課堂的設計都著重於孩子的自理學習、自我尊重、自信建立和表達自己的技能

  • 培養孩子日後於校園生活的三C:溝通 / 協調 / 互動技巧,例如與人交流,溝通相處,分享和於共享的過程中的先後次序

  • 課堂中使用到的四個語言:英語,粵語,普通話和音樂,會為孩子於這個階段大大提升大腦皮層的發展(主管人類大部分的心智活動,從視覺、聽覺功能,到語言、思考、記憶、決策等高層次的認知功能)

  • 以生動有趣的歌曲、遊戲和活動,開拓和薰陶孩子的雙向社交技能(聆聽和表達)


英語時間:

  • 學習日常的詞彙:日期,日子,天氣,感覺和簡單的動作

  • 每個課堂都會有一個會話主題

  • 發展語言能力

  • 每課都會學習新詞彙

  • 向孩子介紹發音 Phonics 

  • 故事時間


小休也有學習:

  • 理解什麼是整潔和衛生

  • 學習和應用禮儀和應有的禮貌


音樂時間:

  • 練習手指、手部關節(手腕、手肘和肩膊)和手臂的運用

  • 基礎而關鍵點鍵盤(鋼琴)知識,和接觸其他不同系列的樂器

  • 唱歌活動:透過聆聽和歌唱這個雙向活動,協助孩子鋪排日後音樂之路的基本重點:旋律,大小聲,節奏,拍子和音韻的概念
